RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
CAREFUL ESTIMATES, AND DISTRICT MAP IN THE
MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF WILSON ROAD, BOTH SIDES OF
ANTONIA WAY, DORIANDRIVE, ROSALIA DRIVE AND
LINDSAY DRIVE BETWEEN SOUTH EYE STREET AND
SOUTH K STREET, IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, Cali-
fornia, in compliance with the order of this City Council of said City,
has submitted to this City Council the estimate of the cost of, the
map of the district to be benefited by, and the plans and specifications
for the improvement work and construction hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration thereof, this City Council
desires at this time to adopt and approve said plans and specifications,
cost estimates and map of the district to be benefited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that the plans and specifications, estimates of cost,
and district map of the district to be benefited, as prepared by the
City Engineer of said City, which were submitted and filed with the
City Clerk of said City on the 5th day of October, 1961, be and the
same are hereby adopted and approved for the following improvement work
and construction to be done in the City of Bakersfield, to wit:
The construction of sidewalks adjacent to Lots
1 to 126, inclusive, Tract 1620, City of
Bakersfield, California.
That all of the above described work and improvement shall be
done in pursuance of the "Improvement Act of 1911" being Division 7 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
The plan for said work is delineated on a plan consisting of
one sheet, entitled "Plan for Public Improvement District No. 759."

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 9th day of October, 1961, by the following vote:
