RESOLUTION OF FINDINGS AND DETERMINATIONS
ON PETITION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS
FRONTING ON LOTS 1 TO 126, INCLUSIVE, ALL
WITHIN TRACT 1620, THE SAME TO BE PROPOSED
AS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 763, IN
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bakers field
that in regards to the improvements hereinafter described, the owners
of more than sixty' per cent (607°) of the area of the property subject
to assessments for the proposed improvement work have signed and
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bakers field, who is the Ex-
Officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of Bakersfield, the
legislative body undertaking said proceedings, written petitions for
said improvements and a waiver of the investigation and other require-
ments provided by the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation
and Majority Protest Act of 1931, in connection with said proposed
improvement work and construction. The said improvement work and
construction to be done in said City of Bakersfield, is described as
follows, to wit:
The construction of sidewalks adjacent to Lots
1 to 126, inclusive, Tract 1620, City of
Bakers field, California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ,Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakers field at a regular meeting
thereof held on the llth day of'September, 1961, by the following vote:
