A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 66-61
WHEREAS, on the 26th day of June, 1961, this Council passed a
Resolution being No. 66-61, making appropriations for the government
of the City of Bakersfield for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1961,
and ending June 30, 1962, adopting a budget for said fiscal year and
providing the necessary adjustments and transfers of appropriations
within said budget, and
WHEREAS, since the passage of said Resolution it has been found
necessary and advisable to increase the appropriation of a certain
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, as follows:
That said Resolution No. 66-61 be, and the same is hereby
amended by increasing the appropriation of the account hereinafter
listed, by the amount set forth opposite the account:

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 5th day of September, 1961, by the following vote:
