RESOLUTION OP THE COUNCIL'OP THE CITY OP
BAKF~RSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, OVERRULING PRO-
TESTS MADE. IN CONNECTION WITH RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION NO. 759.CONCERNING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENT WORK iN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 759 IN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, certain protests were filed protesting against the
doing of the work and improvement involved in and in accordance with
Resolution of Intention No. 759, or against the assessment district;
and
WHFREAS, the City Council has carefully cOnSidered'the protests
and objections and have considered the area of the district represented
by said protests.
NOW, THF~R~A~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Council of the City of
Bakersfield that i't does hereby find and determine that said protests
and objections have been made by the owners of less than one-half of the
area of the property to be assessed'for said work and improvement,-as
set forth in said Resolution of Intention No. 759; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that each and.all of the said. protests
and objections be, and the same are hereby,.overruled and denied.

I HPAREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of IBakersfield at a regular meeting
