RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
CAREFUL ESTIMATES, AND DIST-RICT MAP IN THE
MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS
A~0NG BEECH AND MYRTLE STREETS BETWEEN BRUN-
DAGE LANE AND BUENA VISTA STREET,-'AND ALONG
BANK 'STREET FROM BEECH. STREET T0"A"STREET,
IN THE .CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA.
· WHEREAS, the City 'Engineer of the City of Bakersfield, Caii-
fornia, in compliance'with the order of this City Council of said
City, has submitted to this City Council the estimate df the cost.
·
of, the map of.the district td be benefited by, and the plans and
specifications for the improvement work and construction herein-
after described; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration. thereof, this City Council'
desires at this time to.adopt and approve said plans and specifica-
tions, cost estimates and mapof the district to.~.be benefited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, that..the:plans and specifications, estimates of
cost, and district map of the district to be benefited, as prepared
by the City Engineer of said City, which were submitted and filed
with the City Clerk of said City on the 6th day of February, 1961,
be and.the same are hereby adopted and approved for the following

be done in pursuance of the "improVement Act of 1911" being Division

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing. Resolution was passed
