A RESOLUTION AND ORDER ESTABLISHING VOTING
PRECINCTS, APPOINTING PRECINCT ELECTION
OFFICERS AND ESTABLISHING FEES THEREFOR, AND
DESIGNATING POLLING .PLACES FOR THE NOMINATING
MUNICIPAL ELECTION; AND FOR THE ELECTION OF
TWO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OP EDUCATION; AND FOR
A SPECIAL ELECTION FOR THE PURPOSE OP SUB-
MITTING A PROPOSITION TO INCUR BONDED INDEBTED-
NESS BY THE CITY OF BAKERSFlED FOR A CERTAIN
MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT, TO BE HElD ON THE 28TH
DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1961.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, as follows:
1. That for the purpose of holding the nomi-
nating election in the City of Bakersfield, and for the
election of two members of the Board of Education in the
Bakersfield School District, and for the purpose of sub-
mitting a proposition to incur bonded indebtedness by
the City of Bakersfield for a certain municipal improve-
ment, on the 28th day of February, 1961, the following
voting precincts are hereby established, election
officers appointed, and polling places designated:
