WHEREAS, after hearings duly had before the Planning Com-
mission of the City of Bakersfield, the said Planning Commission
did file its recommendation with the City Council of' said City
that the Land Use Zoning Ordinance and Map as submitted by said
Planning Commission be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO LAW, BE iT RESOLVED 'that this
Council hereby fixes.Monday, the L~ day of r~as~ , 1954,
at the hour of 8:00 o,clock P.M., of said day, soon thereafter
as theI same may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the Police
Department Building, 1620 Truxtun Avenue ~ Bakersfield, California,
as the time and place for public hearing before said Council, in
the matter of tb~ adoption of said proposed Land Use Zoning 0rdi-
nance and Map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed
to publish notice of said hearing at least ten (10) days prior
to the date set for said. hearing.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of tPB City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the ~_ day of March, 1954, by the follow-
