RESeLUTION APPOINTXNG TRAFFIC AUTHORITY
WEREAS, this Council did, on the l~th day of December, 1953,
amend Traffic Ordinance No. 658, New Series, by the passage of
Ordinance No. 992, NewsSeries, wherein it is provided that the
Traffic Authority of the City of Bakersfield shall be designated
by resolution, lad
WHEREAS, it is the desire ef this Council at this time to
designate such Traffics=Authority for the City of Bakersfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
Of Bakersfield, that ~i~..~pOLICE,
be, and he is hereby designated as the Traffic Authority of the
City of Bakersfield.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ,Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held' on the 25th day of January, 195~, by the fol-
lowing vote:
