A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF
THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE POLICY FOR
GRANTING SUBURBAN SEWER RENTAL AGREEMENTS
AND CHARGES FOR CONNECTIONS.
WHERFAS, on December 17, 1969 the Planning Commission of
the City of Bakersfield did adopt its Resolution recommending a
Ipolicy for granting of suburban rental agreements and charges for
sewer connections; and
WHEREAS, the City Council agrees with the recommendations
of the Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
1. The Resolution of the Planning Commission dated
December 17, 1969 is hereby approved and adopted.
2. Chapter 8.72 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Bakersfield is to be amended to conform with the rates as
recommended in the Resolution of the Planning Commission and as
hereby adopted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
'passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of December, 1969,
by the following vote:
