A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO MAINTE-
NANCE AGREEMENT FOR THE STATE HIGHWAY IN
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented amendments to
the Maintenance Agreement for the State Highway in the City of
Bakersfield effective as of July 1, 1969 and to remain in effect
until amended or terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said amendments
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that said amendments to the Maintenance Agreement for
the State Highway in the City a~e hereby approved and the Mayor and
the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
'passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of September, 1969,
by the following vote:
