A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS
DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO CERTAIN POLE AGREE-
MENTS WITH THE PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY
FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Bakersfield
does hereby authorize, empower and direct the Public Works Director,
for and on behalf of the City to enter into and execute with
Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a corporation, those certain
agreements which relate to the permission given by said Company to
the City, to install, maintain, and use switching and metering
equipment and appliances connected therewith on certain poles owned
by said company.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day of May, 1969, by the
following vote:
