ARESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST
OF 1969.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield the Council may, fr~n time to time'
by resolution, change the number of meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, that during the months of June, July and August of
1969, the Council of the City of Bakersfield shall hold its regular
meetings on the first and third Mondays during said months, except
when any of said Mondays shall be a legal holiday, in which event
the Council shall meet on the following Tuesday. Any hearings or
other matters previously set by the Council in conflict with the
above schedule shall be rescheduled for the meeting next following
that for which the hearings and other matters were originally
scheduled.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakers field at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of May, i[969, by the
following vote:
