A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD DELETING ONE COUNCIL MEETING IN
THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 1968.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04,010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield the Council may, from time to time
by resolution, change the number of meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that the Council meeting of December 30, 1968 is
hereby canceled.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of December, 1968,
by the following vote:
