RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVINGAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AND THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA FOR THE MODIFICATION OF TRAFFIC
SIGNAL SYSTEMS, HIGHWAY LIGHTING AND
CHANNELIZATION AT THE INTERSECTION OF "H"
STREET AND CHESTER AVENUE WITH STATE ROUTE
204 (BRUNDAGE LANE).
WHEREAS, State and City contemplate modification of
traffic control signal systems, highway lighting and channelization
at the intersections of "H" Street and Chester Avenue with State
Route 204 (Brundage Lane), all within the City of Bakersfield, and
desire to specify the proportionate share of the costs that are
to be borne by City and State and to arrange herein for
maintenance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that Agreement No.114-68 is hereby approved and
the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City
of Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of December, 1968, by
the following vote:
