RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT
The City Council of the City of Bakersfield,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER that
the OffiCial Statement to be sent to prospective bidders
for the "MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, 1966, SERIES B,"
of the City of Bakersfield, having been presented to this
Council, is hereby approved in substantially the form
presented.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of
August
, 1968.
