RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFI-
CATIONS, CAREFUL ESTIMATES, AND DISTRICT
MAP FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF'CURBS, GUTTERS, SIDEWALKS,'DRIVEWAY
APPROACHES AND ALLEY RETURNS IN PROPOSED
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 827.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
California, in compliance with the order in Resolution No. 15-68
of the City Council, has submitted to said City Council the esti-
mate of the cost of, the map of the district to be benefited by,
and the plans and specifications for the improvement work and
construction hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration thereof, the City
Council desires at this time to approve and adopt such plans and
specifications, cost estimates and map of the district to be bene-
fired.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the plans and specifications, estimates
of cost and district map of the district to be benefited and
assessed to pay the cost thereof, as the same were prepared by
the City Engineer of said City, and submitted and filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield on the 1st day of July,
1968, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted for the
following improvement work and construction to be done in the
City of Bakersfield, to wit:
The construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks,
driveway approaches and alley returns, located
within the So. ~ of block 198, Lots 12 through
32 of block 200, So. ~ of block 201, So. ~ of
block 202, all of block 214, 215, 216, 218, 229,
230, 231, 232, 233, 236 and the No. ~ of block
237 in the vicinity of Beale Ave. and East Calif-
ornia.
THAT the plans and specifications, careful estimates,
and district map for s~id work are delineated and entitled
" .... for Public Improvement District No. 827".

I HEREBY. CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 1st day of July, 1968, by the
following vote:
