W~EREAS~ pursuant to Section 2,04o010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield the Council may~ from time
by resolution~ chanEe the number of meetinEs to be held durinE any
specified pe,'¢iod of
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield~ ~hat during the months of June~ july and Au~us~ of
1968, the Council of the City of Bakersfield shall hold its regular
meetinEs on the first and third Mondays durinE said'~months~ except
x~hen any of said Mondays shall be a leEal holiday~ in which event
the Council shall meet on ~,he foilowinE Tuesday, Any hearinEs or
other matters previously set by the Council in conflict with the
above schedule shall be rescheduled for the meeting next following
that for which the hearinEs and other matters ~,:,ere originally
