A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD APPROVING
THE RULES FOR THE CIVIL SERVICE BOARD
FOR THE MISCELLANEOUS DEPARTMENTS°
WliERFAS, proposed rules for the Civil Service Board for
the Miscellaneous Departments have been submitted to this Council
for consideration and approval, which rules were duly filed in the
office of the City Clerk on the 16th day of April, 1968o
NOW, ~IFAEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that said rules for the Civil Service Board for the
Miscellaneous Departments be and the same are hereby approved and
have the force and effect of law,
