Beginning at the intersection 6f the centerline of CalifOrnia Avenue and the center-
line of Robinson Street as said avenue and street are shown on that certain map
entitled "Map of the City of Bakersfield, Kern County, California"~recorded Ian-
uary 12, 1889 in the Office of the County Recorder of Kern County;
Thence (1) westerly along the centerline of said California Avenue to a point in
the east line of the west 60 feet of the NE!
