City Clerk of the City of, Bakersfield a copy of ~iotice of Intention
to Circulate Petition Relating to Annexaction of Certain Territory
to the City of Bakers field Under the Annexation Act of !913
pertaining to territory designated as "~Ptaza No, ie'~ together wi~h
an affi~vi~ of publication of said notice showing publication
thereof on December 5, !967~ the '~e Bakersfield Califo~ian~ a
newspaper of general circulation published ~a the City of Bakersfield;
and
~P~8~ ~he Annexation Act of 1913 provides ~ba~ ~he
legislative body ~y adopt a reso!u~ion acb~owledging receipt of
the notice and approving the circulation of the petition;
