hearing all persons interested in or objec~ing ~o said proposed
vaca~ion, which said hearing ~as held on ~he 18~h ~y of Septe~er,
1967~ after notices ~ere duly published and posted as required by
~~S~ ~his Co~cil after duly considering the ~t~er,
