PMEVAILINGRATE OF WAGES TO BE PAID TO CER-
TAIN CRAFTS AND TYPES OF WORKMEN EMPLOYED ON
PUBLIC WORK IN TEE CITY OF BAKE~SFIELDo
WHEREAS~ Labor Code Section 1773 requires the public
body of a public agency to ascertain and determine the prevailing
rate of wages to be paid each craft and type of workmen employed
on public works in the City of Bakersfield~ and
WHETS, from time to time there are changes in ~he
prevailing rates of crafts and workmen employed on public work in
the City of Bakersfieldo
NOW, TMEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield, California, that it has ascertained and does
hereby determine that the general prevailing rage of per diem wages
for the crafts and type of worldhen listed in Exhibit A attached
hereto, is as indica~ed on said Exhibit A which is made a pare
hereof as if set forth in full herein~ and that the wages hereGoo
fore 8acetrained as prevailing for the craftm and type of workmen
is amended accordingly.
