WltEREAS~ Sta~e and City contemplate modification of traffic
control signal system and highway lighting a~ the intersection of
Baker Street with State ~ighway Route 58 ~Su~ner Street), all within
the City of Bakersfield~ and desire to specify ~he proportionate
share of ~he costs that are to be borne by City and State and to
arrange heroin for maintenance;

Bakersfield Agreement Noo 68-67 fs hereby approved and ~he
Mayor is authoFized to execute the same°
I ~EBEBY CEXTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the ~3~.d .. day of July, 1967, by
