A RESOLUTION OF ?HE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BA~ERSFIELD APPROVXNG
THE AGREE~ENT ESTABLISHING THE
CO~ EGIO~L P~ING ADVXSORY
CO~ZSSZO~.
WHEREAS, an agreement dated May 25, 1967 establishes
a ~ern County-Regional Planning Advisory Commission; and
~tEREAS~ Section 8 provides that cities who wish to
par~icipate mus~ approve the agreement by a resolution of the
legislative bod~ and
Wt{EP~EAS, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
desires to par~icfpate in the Ke]m County Regional Planning
Advisory Commission,
NOW, TMEP~EFOt~, BE IT Pd~SOLVED~ by the Ci~7 Council
of the City of Bakersfield, ~hat:
1o The 8ity of Bakersfield by and through its
Mayor does hereby approve that certain
agreement dated May 25, 1967, es~ablishing
the Ke.r~ County Regional Advisory Commission.
