RESOLUTYON OF THE COUNCXL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELDAPPROVXNG CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
AGREEMENT NOo 45-67 BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BANESaFIELD AND T~E STATE OF CALIFOP, NXA
FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF 30TH STREET EAST
FROM CA~CES CIRCLE AND ROUTE 204.
WHEREAS, ~he City of Bakersfield and State of Califon~ia
desire to cooperate in a project to provide' eastbound entrance
from Oarcos Circle and Route 204 onto 30th Street, thereby'restor-
ing ~o~way traffic operation at the intersection of the eas~ le.g
of 30~h Street and Oarcos Circle and improving ~raffic circulation
in the vicinity of Route 204 and Garces Circle.
NOW~ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED~ that the City of Bakers-
field Agreement Noo 45-67 is hereby approved and the Mayor is
au~horized to execute ~he same°
