the City of Baker~field: pursuant to the provisions of the '°Street
Vacation Act of 1941~°0 being Division 9~ Part 3~ of the S~reete
amd Mightaye Code of the State of Californla~ passed and adopted
i~s ~esotution of Xn~ention Moo 820~ declaring its intention to
o~der the vacation of a portion of 14th Street~ City of ~akersfield~
California~ and

no~ices ~eme duly posted as required by law~ and
