RESOLUTEON ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY
DESXGNATED AS "~ESTCHESTER NOo 1v' TO
THE GRF~TR~ BAEERSF~ELD SEPARATION OF
GRADE D~STRICTo
WHEREAS~ ~he Council of the City of Bakersfield did~ on
the 13th day of March~ 1967~ pass its Resolution of Xn~ention
Noo 19o67~ to include a portion of certain property designated as
~"Westchester Moo 1~ within the Grea~er Bakersfield Separation of
Grade Dis~rict~ and setting ~he time and place for hearing objections
to the inclusion of said ~erritor~ within said Distric~ and
published once a week for ~o ~eeks~ ~he first publication ~hereof
being at least t~?enty days prior to the ~te of the hearing ~a
provided by la~ and
~~$~ Mon~y~ the !?th day of April~ 1967~ at ~h~
hour of 8:00 P~M~ ~yas set as the time for hearing objections ~o
~he inclusion of said territory within said Distric~ and
W~P~S~ no objection has been filed or presented ~o maid
Council ~o ~he inclusion of said terri~o~ or any part thereof
within the Orem~er Bakermfield Separation of Grade Distrt~t~ and
the Oouncil ~rther finds that alt of said territo~wil% be bemeo
fi~ed by its inclusion ~ithin said District,
