findinE that the inclusion of an additional use, to wit: Dance Fall~
in a Co2 ~Comme~cial} Zone, wo~ld no~ be more obno=ious or detri~
men~al to the welfare of ~he co~i~y tlmn the pemit~ed uses
specifically mentioned in Chapter 17~2~ oE Title Seventeen of the
~ake~sfield M~icipal Code, and
W~$o the Co~cil of the Ci~ of Bakersfield ~s
considered said~er and does find t~ the incXusion of said
additional use in said zone will no~ be more obnoxious or de~ri=
mental to ~he welfare of the co~unity ~n the petitted uses
specifically mentioned in C~p~er 17~27 of Title Seventeen of the
Bakersfield Municipal Code~ and
NOW~ ~FO~, pursuan~ to Section 17~52~0~0 of Title
Seventeen of the Bakersfield MunicipaX Code~ ~he Council of said
~11, be and the same is hereby included as a specifically pemit~ed
