of the City of ~akersfield~ adopted November 14, 1955~ and pursuant
to the Charter of the City of Bakerefield~ and in accordance with
the Constitution and laws of the Sta~e of California~ the City'of
~akersfield did issue certain Off~St~eet Parking ~evenue
Series A~ which were duly sold~ and
~~S~ by said Resolution it is ~pecified that Series
A Bonds Nos. Al~ to A880, bo~h inclueive~ are redeemable only in
reverse numerical order from high to lower upon ~he determination
of the Council and upon notice of said redemption~ and
~edeem Se~le~ A bomd~ whenever there lm money in the Serie~ k Sinking
Fund on any October 10th or April 10th in ~mo~nts sufficient to
r~deem at leas~ $1~000o00 principal anouat~ and
~~S~ It ie the desire of ~he Council ~o call for ~he
rede~ion of Serte~ A OffoS~ree~ Parking ~evenue ~onds
