~HEP~EAS~ on the let day of August~ 1966, the Council
of the City of Bakersfie!d~ pursuant to ~he provisions of
"Public Service Easements Vacation Law," being Sections 50~30 to
50445~ inclusive, of ~he Government Code of ~he State of
passed and adopted its ~solution of %n~emtion Me. 813, declaring
l~$ in~ention ~o order ~he va~atlon of a drainage e~semen~ in
Lot ~:, situate within ~he City of Ba~rsfield, Co~y of
Sta~e of C~lifornia, and
~E~$~ said Co~ctl did fix a ~ime and place for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed
va~ation~ which said hearing ~as held on ~he ~th day of
1~66~ after no~!ces t~3ere duly published and posted as required by
la~ and
does hereby find and resolve ms folloI~s:
1~ ~at s~id drainage easement, heroinafter
is unnecessary for proses= or prospec=ive public use:
~e z~3es~ 10 feet of the east 210 fee~ of said Lot 4
lying north of a line ~hat begins at a point on the
~est llne of the northeast quarter of said section 1,
said point being $~O°/~Oe24evW,~ and 362.65 feet from
the north q~r~er comer of said section l, thence
