AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING
SECTION 5.56.040(D) OF THE BAKERSFIELD
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO TRANSIENT
OUTDOOR BUSINESSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1.
The references to zoning districts in section 5.56.040(D) are hereby amended to be
changed as follows:
5.56.040(D) -- change the references from C-1 (two locations) to C-2.
SECTION 2.
This Ordinance shall be posted in accordance with provisions of the Bakersfield
Municipal Code and shall become effective thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
passage.
