masonry wall with a maximum height of 8 feet, 8 inches constructed within
the side yard setback where a maximum height of 6 feet is permitted in an
R-1 (One-Family Dwelling) zone district located at 9303 Vistoso Way.

2. Approval of a conditional use permit to construct four 2,400
