SUPERVISOR RUBIO DISCUSSED ONGOING PROCESS TO UPDATE THE KERN
COUNTY GANG VIOLENCE STRATEGIC PLAN,INCLUDING REVISING
ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS. EFFORT WILL BE LED BY SERGIO REYES
AT THE COUNTY OF KERN AND JOHN STINSON AT THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
