A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ESTABLISHING AMBULANCE SERVICE
CHARGES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2886 New Series of the City of
Bakersfield requires the City Council to set, by resolution,
ambulance service charges from time to time; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered
comparable communities.
NOW, THEREFORE,
services are hereby set:
Basic Life Support $ 97.00
Advanced Life Support $252.00
Mileage (per mile) $ 5.75
Night Charge $ 22.50
Emergency Response $ 25.00
Oxygen per Cylinder $ 20.00
Waiting Time per Hour $ 53.00
rates in
the following charges for ambulance
The above rates are all-inclusive rates and additional
service charges shall not be added thereto.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of January, 1984, by
