A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD SUSPENDING SEWER CONNECTION CHARGES
PREVIOUSLY SET BY CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION
NO. 105-83 AND SETTING REDUCED CHARGES FOR
THE PERIOD APRIL 1, 1984, THROUGH DECEMBER 31,
1984.
WHEREAS, as a result of the review of the rate at which
revenues from the sewer connection fees set by Resolution No.
105-83 have accumulated, the City Council, on December 21, 1983,
adopted Resolution No. 139-83 suspending a portion of the sewer
connection charge set by Resolution No. 105-83 during the period
of July 1, 1983, through December 31, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now finds the revised

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the

listed below shall be calculated based upon a rate of $350 per
acre.
