To Mr.Underwood:
My name is Pierce Kang. My parents own Gas Station on
1102 34th St.
Reason I'm writing this letter is to ask you to extend our
Tempory Tank Closure permit.
My parents are still planning to bring station up to code
btJ-t they are having problem raising money for
construction.
They plan to mortgage house to raise needed money but
that only give us $130,000 When our appraiser was about
$200,000.
Because Banks would not hold station and its property to
lend money if there is contamination on site, so we are
hoping to show bank our cleanup fund aproval and show
that Soil Engineering Inc. is doing cleanup hoping bank
would lend us rest of the money to start construction. I
am asking extention to end of November because by
then decision on cleanup fund would have finalized.
We are grateful for all your help. Thank You.
