A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ACCEPTING T}~E SUBSTITUTED PARK-
ING FACILITY.
WHEREAS, the City of Bakersfield (the "City") and the
City of Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") approved
Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement No. 83-46, which provides
that the City will occupy the public parki~,g facility to be
constructed by the Agency at 18th and Eye Streets upon its
completion (the "Substituted Parking Facility"), and will vacate
the parking facility described in the Lease Agreement made as of
August 1, 1984, by and between the Agency and the City (the
"Facility"); and
WHEREAS, the City has been notified by the Agency that
the Substituted Parking Facility was completed on March 19, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield does hereby resolve, determine and order that the
Substituted Parking Facility, as constructed, is completed to
the satisfaction of the City and
vacates the Facility and will as

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at
regular meeting thereof held on the 11th day of April, 1984, by
