A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD ORDERING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF OFFER OF DEDICATION OF ROAD EASEMENT
ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF "H" STREET BETWEEN
FAIRVIEW ROAD AND FAITH AVENUE WITHIN
SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 27
EAST, IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, the following described real property was
heretofore offered for dedication (pursuant to Government Code
Section 7050) and recorded February 2, 1976 as Instrument R2993
in Book 5086 at page 2474 of Records in the Office of the Kern
County Recorder, to wit:
An easement for road purposes on, over and across the
following described property in the City of Bakersfield, County
of Kern, State of California:
The easterly 55 feet of the northeast quarter
of the southeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 24, Township 30 South,
Range 27 East, M.D.B. & M.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the dedication of the aforedescribed property
is hereby accepted and said property is declared a public highway
and incorporated into the City of Bakersfield road system.
2. That the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this
Resolution to be filed for recordation with the County Recorder.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the l~th day of July
1984, by the following vote:
