A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING THE ENTRY INTO AND
AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF CONTRACTS WITH THE
STATE PERSONNEL BOARD FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF
TECHNICAL PERSONNEL SERVICES.
BE
as follows:
1.
IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
That the entry into contracts with the California
State Personnel Board, Cooperative Personnel Services, for the
performance of technical personnel services for the City of
Bakersfield is approved; and
2. That said contracts may be signed by either
GEORGE CARAVALHO, City Manager, or RICHARD R. RUSSELL, Assistant
City Manager, in behalf of the City of Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of July, 1984, by the
