COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Community
Services Committee of the City Council scheduled for Monday, October
13, 2008, at 1?L00 m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, Second
Floor of City Hall, Suite 201, 1501 Truxtun Avenue, Bakersfield, California,
has been canceled.

V /Prepare a Notice of Cancellation.
Have the Assistant City Manager sign the Cancellation Notice.
Retain the original for the binder.
/Take two copies of the Notice to the Clerk's office.With a post-it note, mark one Posting
Copy and the other Web Posting Copy.
`/Email the Notice to the Mayor and Council to city council @bakersfieldcity us NO HARD
COPIES
✓/ Email the Notice to the Department Heads and Assistants.
Fax the Notice to the press (media).
Once faxing is complete, print out the fax confirmation list—attach it to an Agenda for the
binder.
Mail or e-mail the Notice to anyone who requested an agenda—refer to each Committee
binder.
