REGULAR MEETING
1. ROLL CALL
Present: Agency Members Pickett, Koman, Knapp, Ordiz,
Prince, Bentley,
Absent: Agency Members Takii
2. PUBLIC STATEMENTS
Agency Member Knapp read into the record that he has a financial
interest in two properties. One in the S. E and one in the Old
Town Kern Redevelopment Project areas and has abstained in
voting on Consent Calendar Item 3.a. - 3.d.
3. CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Minutes of the February 2, 2009 special meeting.
b. Approval of department payments from January 23, 2009
to February 26, 2009 in the amount of 2,028,035.73.
c. Agreement with Contractor Compliance and Monitoring
Inc. in an amount not to exceed $140,000 for labor
Compliance Services for the Baker Street Village project.
d. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. RA 08-020 with
Goodwin Proctor for Legal Services (not to exceed
$100,000) in connection with issuance by the Agency of
Approximately $13,500,000 of redevelopment bonds to be
Used to finance various capital improvements within the
three redevelopment project areas.
Motion by Prince, seconded by Ordiz, to approve
Consent Calendar items 3.a. and 3.d.

AGENCY STATEMENTS
Agency member Koman inquired about the status of the Baker
Street Project.
Donna Kunz and Alan Tandy responded.
Agency Member Prince spoke in regarding Marvin Dean's
proposals to work for the City as asub-contractor.
Alan Tandy, Donna Kunz, and Rhonda Barnhard responded to
Agency Member Prince's questions and concerns.
Agency Members Koman, Ordiz and Bentley gave their comments
and suggestions to Agency Member Prince.
