RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING THE OFFICIAL STATE-
MENT FOR THE $15,010,000 "CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
PUBLIC FACILITIES CORPORATION, 1985 LEASE-
HOLD MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS".
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Official
Statement prepared by Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., presented to
this City Council on this date, is hereby approved in substantially
the form presented. It is the understanding of this City that
Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. and the City's staff will make such
additions or corrections thereon as may be necessary to bring this
Official Statement up to date prior to its distribution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
