Commissioner McGinnis moved, seconded by Commissioner Tkac, to approve
the Public Hearing Items from the Consent Calendar.
Motion carried by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Commissioners Blockley, Johnson, McGinnis, Andrews, Tkac, Strong
RECUSE: Commissioner Blockley(Item 4.2a Only)
ABSENT: Commissioners Stanley, Tragish
