RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING HANGAR
AND TIE-DOWN FEES FOR THE
BAKERSFIELD MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
RECITALS
WHEREAS, state law requires increases in existing fees and charges be adopted by
ordinance or resolution following a public hearing on said fees and charges; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the City Council was advertised in the
Bakersfield Californian, a newspaper of general circulation, and held on April 1, 2009.
WHEREAS, adoption of increased fees and charges, pursuant to State Law, is
necessary for the City to recover the reasonable estimated cost of providing the services
for which the fees are charged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
1. The above recitals are true and correct.
2. The fees set forth in Exhibit "A" are hereby adopted and shall become
effective on May 1, 2009.
