A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD EXTENDING THE LEVEL OF
SERVICE FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1983
THROUGH JULY 31, 1983.
WHEREASs
from the State have
WHEREAS,
be available by the
revenues to be derived through subventions
not been Getermined; and
it is anticipated that such information will
end of July; and
WHEREAS, an operating budget for the City cannot be
adopted until such time as the information is received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the City shall continue to operate for
the period commencing July 1, 1983 through July 31, 1983 at the
same level ot service as that proviGed in the 1982-83 adopted
budget.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoling Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the Clty of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of June, 1983, by
