A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING SANITARY SEWER PLAN FOR
PIERCE ROAD - OAK STREET PLANNED SANITARY
SEWER AREA AND MAKING FINDINGS RELATIVE THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 66483 of the California
Government Code, this Council is, upon the making of specified
findings, authorized to adopt sanitary sewer plans for local and
neighborhood sanitary sewer areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
1. The Council hereby finds that, as to the Pierce
Road - Oak Street Planned Sanitary Sewer Area, as described in
the plan and map therefore attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, subdivision and development of property
within such area will require construction of facilities, described
in such plan, and that the fees provided in such plan are fairly
apportioned within such area, either on the basis of benefits
conferred on property proposed for subdivision or on the need for
such facilities created by the proposed subdivision and development
of other property within such area.
2. The Pierce Road - Oak Street Planned Sanitary Sewer
Area Plan is hereby adopted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of ~ay, 1983, by the
