RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BAKERSFIELD OVERRULING PROTESTS ON
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 955
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 82-1
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City
California, that:
WHEREAS, this Council did on March 16,
of Bakersfield,
1983, adopt its
Resolution of Intention [~o. 955 to acquire public improvements in

WNEREAS, on March 16, 1923, this City Council adopted a
