A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
PUBLIC WORKS TO SUBMIT A REQUEST TO CALTRANS
FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL ALLOCATION FOR THE CHESTER
AVENUE UNDERPASS IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield, State of California, as follows:
1. The Chester Avenue Underpass has been completed and
accepted by the City Council;
2. The final costs have been determined, as set forth
separate tabulation to be submitted to the California Depart-
