A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD SUPPORTING ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 1440
(THIRD PARTY INSPECTIONS OF WINE GRAPE
DELIVERIES).

WHEREAS, the grape growing industry is an important
in the economy and vitality of the City of Bakersfield;
WHEREAS, the wine grape growers have endorsed and
the endorsement of Assembly Bill No. 1440; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
desires to support the request of the wine grape growers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Bakersfield supports passage of Assembly Bill No. 1440.
