A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AUTHORIZING THE INITIATION
OF CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS FOR 1615 -
16TH STREET.
WHEREAS,
adjacent to and across the street from
WHEREAS, the City desires to
to the property located at 1615 - 16th Street; and
WHEREAS, the public necessity of additional City
ties requires the acquisition of said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of
of Bakersfield that the City Attorney's Office is directed to
initiate proceedings for the acquisition of 1615 16th Street
way of eminent domain.
